POWER — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 28, 2026
At POWER, we provide professional video editing, content creation, and marketing services. Due to the time, resources, and creative work involved, we maintain a strict refund policy.
By purchasing any POWER service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Refunds Before Work Begins
Customers may request a full refund only if POWER has not yet started working on their order.
Once our team begins any part of the service, the order becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy After Work Begins
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE WORK HAS STARTED.
Work is considered started when our team begins any service-related activity, including:
- Reviewing or preparing customer footage.
- Video editing or post-production.
- Scripting, research, or content planning.
- Creating motion graphics or animations.
- Developing marketing strategies or other purchased services.
Once work begins, customers are not eligible for full or partial refunds, including for unused portions of a package, except where required by law.
3. Completed and Delivered Services
All completed and delivered services are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Customer dissatisfaction with creative choices, changes in personal preferences, or a decision to discontinue the project does not qualify for a refund.
Customers may request revisions according to the terms of their purchased package.
4. Monthly Subscriptions and Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle customers to a refund for the current billing period once work has begun.
Services already in progress will continue according to the agreed package terms unless otherwise arranged.
5. Results and Performance
POWER does not guarantee specific results, including views, followers, engagement, conversions, or revenue, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Failure to achieve a particular performance outcome does not qualify a customer for a refund.
6. Delivery and Revisions
POWER is committed to delivering the services purchased by each customer.
If a customer identifies an issue with their completed work, they should contact our support team to request corrections within the agreed scope.
If POWER fails to provide a purchased service, any legally required remedies remain available.
7. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact POWER directly to resolve billing or delivery concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
POWER maintains payment confirmations, invoices, project activity records, and delivery confirmations to document services performed.
This policy does not restrict customers' statutory rights or their ability to raise legitimate disputes with their payment provider.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted POWER's refund policy.
Once POWER begins working on an order, the payment is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
